"Family cleaning day" software and related services are products and services provided to you by the customer service application labeled "Family cleaning day" legally owned and operated by Anhui MAILUN culture media Co., Ltd. 1、 Rules of use

Users fully understand and agree that Mullen culture only provides users with a platform for information sharing, transmission and acquisition, and users must be responsible for all behaviors under their own registered account, including any content you transmit and any results arising therefrom. Users should make their own judgment on the content in the Mullen culture and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including the risks arising from the reliance on the correctness, integrity or practicality of the content. McLean culture cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the user's actions.

Any content transmitted by the user in or through the Mullen cultural service does not reflect the opinions or policies of Mullen culture, and Mullen culture shall not bear any responsibility for this.

The user fully understands and agrees that the user shall take full responsibility for the authenticity, legality and validity of the registration information in the McLaren culture, and the user shall not pretend to be others; shall not spread any information in the name of others; shall not use the registration account maliciously to cause other users to misidentify; otherwise, the McLaren culture has the right to stop providing services immediately, take back the McLaren culture account and use it The household shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.

The user shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness and effectiveness of the information transmitted in the Mullen culture, and any legal liability related to the information transmitted by the user shall be borne by the user, not related to the Mullen culture.

Mylon culture reserves the right to change, suspend, restrict, terminate or cancel all or part of the service content at any time without any notice due to the needs of business development, and users shall bear this risk.

The services provided by mylon culture may include advertisements, and users agree to display the advertisements provided by mylon culture and third-party suppliers and partners during the use.

Users are not allowed to make, upload, copy or send the following contents by using the mylon culture or the mylon culture service:

In its reasonable judgment, Mullen culture has the right to stop transmitting any content mentioned above in accordance with the law in case of any violation of relevant laws and regulations or this agreement, or any infringement, nuisance or threat to the rights or safety of any person, or any act of passing off others, and to take appropriate legal actions against any person who violates this article in its own judgment, including but not limited to: In the McLaren cultural service, the contents of illegality, infringement and inappropriateness shall be deleted, the membership of violators shall be terminated, all or part of McLaren cultural service shall be prevented from being used, and relevant information shall be saved and reported to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations.

2、 User's rights and obligations:

The ownership of the McLaren cultural account belongs to McLaren culture. After the user completes the application for registration, he / she obtains the right to use the McLaren cultural account. The right to use the account belongs to the initial applicant registrant only, and it is forbidden to donate, borrow, rent, transfer or sell it. McLean culture has the right to recycle the user's McLean culture account due to business needs.

Users have the right to change or delete personal data, registration information and transmission content in mylon culture. However, it should be noted that deleting relevant information will also delete any text and pictures you have stored in the system. The user is responsible for this risk.

The user is responsible for the security of the registered account information and account password. The user needs to bear legal responsibility for the registered account and the behavior under the password. The user agrees not to use the account or password of other members under any circumstances. You agree to notify mylon culture immediately if you suspect that someone else is using your account or password.

The user shall abide by the terms of this Agreement and use the service correctly and properly. If any term of this agreement is violated by the user, mylon culture has the right to terminate the service to the defaulting user's mylon culture account according to the agreement. At the same time, McLaren culture reserves the right to withdraw McLaren culture account and user name at any time.

If the user does not log in to the account for a long time after registering the account of mylon culture, mylon culture has the right to reclaim the account, so as to avoid waste of resources, and the user shall bear all the problems arising therefrom.

3、 Privacy protection

The user's consent to personal privacy information refers to the information that can personally identify the user or involve personal communication, including the following information: the user's real name, ID card number, mobile phone number, IP address. Non personal privacy information refers to the basic record information and other general information beyond the scope of all personal privacy information, such as the user's operation status and usage habits of the service, which are clearly and objectively reflected in the server end of mylon culture, as well as the above-mentioned privacy information that the user agrees to disclose;

Respect for the privacy of user's personal privacy information is the consistent system of mylon culture. Mylon culture will take reasonable measures to protect user's personal privacy information. 5、 Legal liability and exemption

If the normal operation of the service is affected by technical failures and other irresistible events, McLaren culture and the cooperative unit promise to cooperate with relevant units in the first time, handle and repair in time, but McLaren culture and the cooperative unit will not be responsible for all losses suffered by users.

Except as specifically provided by law or required by the government, no entity or individual shall use any intellectual property of the company for any purpose, including but not limited to all or partial reproduction, reprint, quotation, transmission, change and link, without the written and explicit permission of the company.
